The Charnele Brown Acting Academy  was established in 2000 at Yates High School in Houston, Texas. The program was

implemented in partnership with the Worksource and was a huge success.   

 

The Charnele Brown offers classes in the Houston area and workshops throughout the states.

 

During the summer, the academy offers Acting Summer Camps for Children and an after school program called "Let's Play Enrichment Program," geared towards middle school and high school students.

Many of our students applied the tools to book acting jobs!!!​

 

We offer a beginners course, intermediate, scene study and business/show class that teaches students the importance of being business minded in the entertainment industry.

 

There are also master classes: Directing 101, Writing 101 and cold reading.
